Welcome to Authentic@Work by The Beautiful Practise. This is where you can continue your journey into being an authentic leader. The intention for this 52 week course is to share tools to help you lead with decisions with more authenticity, adaptability and inspiration so we can create workplaces where we bring the best of ourselves and inspire others. It takes practise to be able to move past difficult emotions and resolve it within yourself to do what aligns with your goals and your values - a very key way in which we can manage stress and key to health. Being inauthentic blocks creativity, it’s that simple. In a world where being innovative and agile is necessary, this can impede on your ability to be effective, because it causes stress, stress must be dealt with minutely.

In this a NEW course developed by The Beautiful Practise you can learn how to win in pageantry and master your reigning year.

The benefits of being yourself, and making decisions based on who you are; how to energise yourself and energise the people you are leading for the furthering of your advocacy projects; practical Life Skills on how to manage your life together with your guardian and/or, how to grow trust, team spirit, and engagement with those that support you!
